The Shimano 20 Saragosa SW 8000HG is a heavy-duty spinning reel built to conquer extreme saltwater environments. Featuring a rigid Hagane Body and advanced Infinity Drive technology, it delivers unmatched cranking power and smoothness under heavy loads. Whether you're casting stickbaits at surface-feeding kingfish or dropping mechanical jigs for XOS snapper and hapuka around New Zealand's rugged coastlines, this reel is engineered to handle the fight.

• Hagane Body & Gear – Cold-forged construction eliminates body flexing and provides long-lasting durability against powerful pelagics.
• Infinity Drive – Reduces sliding resistance to deliver up to 30% lighter rotation and superior cranking power under load.
• X-Protect Technology – Provides high-level IPX8 water resistance to protect the line roller and clutch assembly from harsh saltwater intrusion.
• Cross Carbon Drag – Offers incredibly smooth performance and a huge 16kg of stopping power to turn trophy kingfish.
• Rigid Support Drag – Eliminates spool wobble at both light and heavy drag settings for consistent, flawless line release.
• One-Piece Bail – Crafted from stainless steel to prevent line snags and allow braid to flow smoothly onto the roller.
