The Tide Minnow Lance 120S is a 120mm, 17.5g sinking minnow built for distance casting and versatile presentations. With its tungsten weight system, it cuts through headwinds with ease, offering reliable stability and smooth flight every cast.
Running in the 0.3–1m range, it produces a natural wobble-and-roll swimming action that mimics small baitfish, while responding instantly to rod twitches with a sharp, darting flash. This makes it equally effective fished with a steady retrieve, jerks, or stop-and-go pauses.
In New Zealand conditions, the 120S excels when predators are feeding on small to mid-sized bait. It’s a proven lure for kahawai busting up bait schools, trevally in current lines, snapper over shallow reefs, and kingfish chasing anchovies or pilchards close to shore.
